A strong workforce tomorrow requires strategic investments today. Partner4Work proudly partners with organizations to ensure the next generation of talent is prepared to keep the region working for years to come. These partners provide programming opportunities for young adults who are not attending school.

The Employment Institute at Auberle
Offers GED preparation and testing, job readiness, career exploration, and driver's training; ServSafe, certified nursing assistant, customer service, and HAZWOPER certifications; also serves young people who are aging out of the foster care system at its 412 Youth Zone in Downtown Pittsburgh

Community Empowerment Association (CEA)
Workforce development program that offers career exploration, PSE preparation, construction training, and paid work experience

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania
Operates the IMPACT Program, a program that offers GED preparation and training options in the following industries: culinary, construction, customer service/retail, housekeeping and janitorial, information technology, manufacturing, masonry, warehousing and storage

Phase 4 Learning Center
Diploma Retrieval Program (DRP) for high school non-completers and youth overcoming barriers; offers industry-recognized credentials, PSE planning, and paid work experience

ResCare Workforce Services
GED Academy for high school equivalency and adult basic education; offers PSE planning, paid work experience, and industry recognized credentials
