The Builders Guild Connects Youth with Skilled Trades

Thousands of students and young adults explored careers in the skilled trades at this year’s Build On event, gaining hands-on exposure to construction careers and the people who make them possible.

Early career exposure matters because young people are better positioned to make informed decisions about their futures when they can see and experience the opportunities available to them. Partner4Work was proud to join the Builders Guild of Western Pennsylvania, unions, and industry partners in helping young people explore construction pathways and connect with resources that can support their next steps.
