At Partner4Work, we are proud to support the Trade Institute of Pittsburgh, a program that doesn’t just teach trades, but empowers individuals to build new futures.

Kedeja came to TIP ready for change. Through daily support and a strong sense of community, Kedeja gained confidence, earned a driver’s license with help from TIP’s driving instructor, and proudly completed the training program.

This journey is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when young people are given great tools, encouragement, and opportunities.
