The National Skills Coalition has developed a new blueprint for putting millions of young people and adults across the country on a pathway toward good paying, middle-skill jobs while helping American businesses compete and grow. We developed it in partnership with you – more than 200 individuals and organizations representing business, labor, colleges, anti-poverty groups, immigration and civil rights groups, and the public sector. It's a comprehensive, pioneering action plan that NSC hopes will serve as the beginning of a conversation with the incoming administration.
