Investing in Tomorrow’s Workforce

On April 24, we joined Secretary of Labor and Industry Nancy Walker, Senator Jay Costa, the Boys & Girls Club of Western PA, and community partners at the McKeesport Teen Center to spotlight a $2.4M investment in youth workforce development through the Schools-to-Work Program.

Partner4Work is proud to receive a $250,000 grant from the Shapiro Administration to launch Cybersecure Pittsburgh, a pre-apprenticeship program helping high school students gain the skills and credentials they need to thrive in tech careers.

In partnership with Urban Pathways Charter School, Phase 4 Learning Center, and the Boys & Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania, Cybersecure Pittsburgh combines classroom instruction, hands-on experience, and credentialing to equip youth with the skills needed to succeed in high-demand tech fields.

We’re proud to stand alongside state and community leaders to create pathways to family-sustaining careers—starting right here in Western PA.
