At Partner4Work, we’re proud to support the incredible work of Crossroads Foundation. Through academic enrichment, mentoring, and year-round support, Crossroads empowers students to lead, grow, and succeed—both in and beyond the classroom. Their commitment to individualized support and strong community partnerships opens doors for future leaders across Allegheny County.

One shining example is Ushan, a Crossroads scholar who exemplifies leadership, service, and determination. Ushan has held roles such as Student Council Treasurer and President of the National English Honor Society, participated in Mock Trial, YMCA Youth and Government, and interned with Babst Calland Law Firm. He also took part in Learn & Earn with Phase 4, building workforce skills while exploring his career interests. With accolades including the Future Pathway Award and the prestigious Nordenberg Leadership Scholarship from the University of Pittsburgh, Ushan’s journey is just beginning—and we’re excited to see where it leads.
