Start on Success 2025 End of Year Celebration

Partner4Work is proud to support Start on Success, a program within Pittsburgh Public Schools that helps students with disabilities gain real-world experience and build career skills as they prepare to transition from school to work. This week’s 2025 End-of-Year Celebration recognized the incredible achievements of these students over the past year.

Throughout the year, students explored career paths, gained real-world experience, and discovered new passions. Like Dallas who found his stride working as a teacher assistant at Faison Elementary, where his daily presence and connection with his students revealed a new potential career in education. Maurice, co-enrolled with Auberle, stood out at his internship with the Wyndham Grand Hotel and has already received a job offer for after graduation.
