Workplace learning is critical for success in any career.

The Learn & Earn Summer Youth Employment Program (Learn & Earn) is designed to provide meaningful work experiences and career exposure to low-income young adults ages 14-23, residing in Allegheny County.

A complete, eligible application does not guarantee a placement. Interested participants are encouraged to apply early!

Application Period: March 2nd-June 5th, 2026

Youth Placements: April 1st, 2026 - July 2nd, 2026

Orientation: Determined By Provider Participation

Learn & Earn Program Begins: Tier 1 and 2: June 22nd, 2026 - August 7th, 2026 Tier 3: June 1st, 2026 - August 31, 2026
