The Operations Manager is a newly created position in the fiscal department that will oversee the administrative operations of the organization. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and manage certain operations team members. This position will be responsible for ensuring the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people and systems in place to effectively allow the organization to grow.

Education and Experience Required
A Bachelor’s degree is required. The successful candidate will be expected to have skills necessary to succeed in a high-pace business environment.
