Partner4Work and Neighborhood Learning Alliance Collaborate with Dale Carnegie and Dollar Bank for Transformative Course

PITTSBURGH - In an unprecedented collaboration, two prominent local non-profits, Partner4Work and Neighborhood Learning Alliance (NLA), have joined forces with renowned leadership training organization, Dale Carnegie, and community-focused financial institution, Dollar Bank, to launch an innovative initiative aimed at transforming the lives of underserved teenagers in Pittsburgh.

The initiative, titled "Dale Carnegie: Generation Next," is a groundbreaking eight-week program to take place at Carlow University and designed to empower teens by enhancing their soft skills. Focused on critical areas such as communication, motivation, self-reliance, leadership, and stress management, this course is set to make a lasting impact on the participants, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in both personal and professional aspects of life.

Dollar Bank's generous underwriting of the course demonstrates their commitment to investing in the future of Pittsburgh's youth. “Dollar Bank values collaborative efforts that provide students with educational opportunities that they otherwise would not have access to,” said Morton Stanfield, Senior Vice President of Community Development. “We are proud to be able to support this innovative program and the next generation of leaders in Pittsburgh.”

The program is facilitated by experienced Dale Carnegie trainers, ensuring that participants receive top-notch guidance and mentorship throughout the duration of the course.

Partner4Work, a leading workforce development organization in the Pittsburgh region, and Neighborhood Learning Alliance, deeply rooted in their respective communities, actively collaborate with partners to ensure that this course reaches those who stand to benefit the most.

"Dale Carnegie: Generation Next is not just a course; it's a transformative journey that will help shape the future leaders of Pittsburgh,” says Dale Carnegie’s Pittsburgh top executive, John Glaneman. “The initiative is a testament to the power of collaboration between non-profits, educational institutions, corporate entities, and community leaders.”
